Azeka Kamal
Public Health Influencer
Azeka Kamal is a Public Health Influencer at Center for Health Justice. Utilizing her skills in problem solving, communication, and leadership, Azeka conducts community public health education, client engagement, and outreach with CHJ’s team. She hopes to continue to be an advocate for folks who are currently incarcerated and those transitioning out of incarceration by providing necessary health education resources and services. Before joining CHJ, Azeka earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
