Jordan Smith
Public Health Influencer
Jordan Smith is the Program Coordinator and Case Manager for Project RENEW at the Center for Health Justice, where they provide trauma-informed health screenings, recovery, and re-entry services for justice-involved individuals. With an MPH in Community Health Sciences and an MA in African Studies from UCLA, as well as a BS in Anthropology and a BA in African American Studies from UC Riverside, Jordan has worked with communities most impacted by STIs and HIV, including queer men, sex workers, and transgender individuals in Ghana and South Los Angeles.
Passionate about health equity, Jordan is committed to creating positive change through education, outreach, and culturally competent care for marginalized communities. Originally from Compton, CA, Jordan enjoys traveling and learning from diverse cultures and experiences.
